Who doesn't get tired in today's hustle and bustle? Office, home, kids, traffic – everything at once. But there is no need for gym or diet chart for good health. Just develop small daily habits, your life will change. Come on, let's start today!
1. Start the morning fresh
Drink a glass of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up in the morning. If you add lemon it will be more fun. Then stand for 2 minutes and take deep breaths – in, out, three times. Just say: “Today I am happy.”
Do it while making tea – it will not take any extra time.

2. Homemade food, tasty and healthy
Roti-vegetables, pulses-rice, curd-milk – this is our real food. Add color to every plate: green spinach, red tomatoes, yellow lentils. Leave biscuits and mathri and chew almonds and raisins.
Put salad in tiffin – cucumber, carrot, chaat masala. Food prepared by mother is a superfood!

3. A little movement every day
Walk quickly to the bus stop – 10 minutes is enough. Sweeping and mopping the house? That too exercise! Do 10 sit-ups while watching TV. Play hide and seek with children – fun as well as fitness.

4. Sleep and brain care
Sleep by 10 pm, wake up at 6 am. Mobile switched off 1 hour ago. Are you worried? Write down in 5 minutes: "What happened? Why did it happen? What should I do now?"
No chitchat over tea, focus on breathing. Mind calm, sleep deep.
