2. just take a walk buddy
I'm not a running guy. But now every morning I go out to walk the dog – 30 minutes. Don't have a dog? No problem, just roam around alone. In the street, in the park, wherever you feel like. There is air, the mind opens. Now the day seems incomplete without a walk.
